Started in 1996 as a small gathering of golf enthusiasts from the University of Florida Law School, The Klein Invitational Tournament (KIT) has since evolved into a celebrated event, uniting passion and camaraderie on the greens year after year.

Championing Golf’s Finest Moments
The Klein Invitational Golf Tournament has become one of the nation’s premier events. Over thirty of the country’s top amateurs are carefully chosen to participate in the individual stroke play tournament.
The victor receives the esteemed KIT Cup, with their name proudly etched alongside past champions. The participant finishing last is bestowed the “Hags Cup” and, for a year, wallows in self-pity.
